Villa Apanemi | Tinos

Perched on a sloping plot along the southern coastline of Tinos, Villa Apanemi enjoys sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring Cycladic islands.

The villa is conceived as a composition of bold architectural forms that gracefully adapt to the island’s natural contours. A refined blend of white plastered surfaces, traditional stone walls, and wooden pergolas create a sophisticated yet organic aesthetic that resonates with the surrounding landscape.

Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly connected through large openings, offering a unified design language throughout. Thoughtful detailing throughout the villa pays tribute to the island's cultural heritage, natural beauty, and traditional craftsmanship.

To complement the architectural vision, the architectural studio Studio Kontodimas collaborated with Design Pergola to curate a selection of high-end furniture pieces from a variety of prestigious brands. Among them, Tribu’s Illum Sunloungers were chosen to outfit the entire poolside area, offering both comfort and sleek design. Additional outdoor and indoor furnishings were selected from leading names including Gloster, Vincent Sheppard, Borek, Manutti, and pieces from Design Pergola’s exclusive collection.

Highlights include Cocoon Ambient Lighting from Gloster, Torsa Coffee Tables by Manutti, Cruz Cocoon Chair from Vincent Sheppard, and Poofs by Borek, enhancing both the comfort and visual appeal of the living spaces.
