Orders for Products Available Upon Request

For products indicated on the website as available upon consultation and/or products that are not currently held in the Company’s immediate stock and for which a specific order must be placed with the respective supplier, fulfillment of the order is subject to the payment of an advance payment of forty percent (40%) of the total order value.

The order with the respective supplier shall be placed following confirmation of the Customer’s order by the Company and receipt of the aforementioned advance payment.

The remaining sixty percent (60%) of the total purchase price may be paid by the Customer at any time prior to delivery of the products, and is not required to be paid within a specific period following payment of the advance payment.

The estimated delivery time for such products depends on the availability, processing, manufacturing and/or shipping time of the respective supplier and shall be communicated to the Customer by the Company. In any event, the Company shall inform the Customer of any material change to the estimated delivery time.
