Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped and delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order, either through a courier service (for small parcels within the Attica region or international shipments), through a transport agency selected by the Customer (for deliveries outside Attica), or by the Company's own delivery service.

The Customer may also choose to collect their order from the Company's warehouse in Aspropyrgos. In this case, the Company will contact the Customer to arrange the available collection dates and times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

• Within Greece: Shipping is free of charge for orders placed through our online store. The Customer is responsible for any transportation costs incurred for delivery from the transport agency at the destination to the final delivery address, where applicable.

• Outside Greece: Additional shipping charges apply. The Company will contact the Customer to inform them of the applicable shipping cost after receiving the relevant pricing from the respective shipping provider. Shipping charges vary depending on the shipment volume and the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

For products available in the online store, the following delivery times apply depending on the selected shipping method:

• Courier Service:

            The courier company remains solely responsible for the final delivery time.

            Small parcels within Attica: 4–10 business days

             Large parcels outside Attica: 7–15 business days

• Company Delivery Service (within Attica): 7–15 business days

• Delivery via the Customer's Selected Transport Agency (outside Attica): 4–7 business days to the Customer's selected transport agency in Athens.

  The Customer must then contact the freight agency directly to arrange and confirm the final delivery time.

If the order includes a product that is available only upon request from one of the Company's suppliers, the delivery time will be extended by the time required for the product to be delivered to the Company's warehouse. This additional period may also include the production time required by the supplier for the selected products. The Customer's order will be prepared once all products are available in the Company's warehouse.

The Company notifies the Customer each time of the estimated delivery time of the product ordered, depending on the circumstances. In any case, the Company is bound to deliver the product ordered within 30 days from the order confirmation. Nevertheless, the Company reserves the right to inform the Customer on events that render the product unavailable or indicate a new delivery time if there are reasons to delay the delivery. In such case, if the transaction is deemed unprofitable for the Customer, he reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order by sending a written declaration (via e-mail to [email protected]). In case of order cancellation and contract termination, the Company is bound to refund, without undue delay, the amount paid by the Customer.
