Athens Residence I ALPHA Pergola Project

In this pergola installation project in Athens, the ALPHA aluminum pergola system – featuring the Roma and Quatro models – was used to completely transform an underutilized outdoor area. Previously empty and exposed, the Design Pergola team achieved the space to be now a comfortable and functional extension of the home, ideal for outdoor dining, relaxation areas, and social gatherings.

The modern design combines motorized rotating aluminum louvers for complete control over sunlight and rain protection, along with integrated vertical ZIP screens for wind shielding and privacy. This ensures the space can be enjoyed year‑round, in all seasons.

The Roma model stands out for its minimalist profile, while the Quatro configuration offers larger coverage and high structural stability. Together, they form a solid, durable aluminum construction that blends harmoniously with the home’s architecture.

This project demonstrates how a pergola construction can upgrade both the aesthetics and functionality of an outdoor area, offering shade, protection from sun and rain, and even increased property value. A once unused area has now been transformed into a modern, luxurious outdoor living space.
