The dispatch and delivery of the orders are carried out using a courier service to the postal address stated by the Customer when submitting the order.
The Customer may choose to receive his order from the store. In this case, the Company undertakes to contact the Customer to set the available days and times of collection.
For small parcel deliveries, shipping is completed with Easy Mail Courier.
The shipping cost (within Greece) for orders placed in our online store is free of charge.
For shipments outside Greece, invoice details are required, there is an additional charge and the Company undertakes to contact the Customer about the cost. There is an additional charge for shipping to individuals depending on the volume and destination country.
